Abstract
Normative monetary valuation of land plots is one of the decisive components of the effective use
of state-owned land, which ensures the establishment of sound payments for land and should be an
effective economic tool in the conditions of a growing market economy. The paper analyzes the current state of normative monetary valuation of settlements in Ukraine and outlines prospects for development.
