Abstract
The research has revealed the analysis on current approaches towards the issue of establishing water supply protection restrictions on land use. The new concept aimed at developing the set of water protection restrictions on land use has been substantiated. The results achieved and the conclusions drawn are reliable enough to set the enhanced nature protection regime for the coastline areas urgently and with minimum expenditures of civil resources of Ukraine.
